Cheers for the comments guys! I've done some batch painting today, but generally taken it easy. I did want a break from the monotony, so picked a tiny critter to paint. Behold, the mighty (12 combat stones) Pree Pree! He's absolutely tiny, and I'm generally pleased with how he came out. That gem on the forehead is miniscule, TuffSkull would feel right at home. Mike, any chance models with no points cost will count towards the Tale at all?

Good point. All models are worth at least 10pts. A Belan is worth 30pts. Just ask here if you want to know what other models are worth. Also, if you want to come up with house rules for a specific model then feel free - I will review them and they can then count towards your totals in some form.

Well I've been told to join this, so I'm in! Devanu (250) - Grishak (x5) - 125
- Devanu Sempa - 125
Need more Devanu!Fubarnii (340) - Herders (x4) - 60
- Knights (x2) - 50
- Knight Captain - 100
- Militia (x5) - 50
- Militia Captain - 50
- Engineer - 30
I'd probably lose two herders and a militia to make it 300RandomI've got a delay to pick up some liquid Green Stuff (seriously I might as well order it online, I'll get it faster than I can get to a shop!), so just painting bases. Two done so far! P.s. Geckilian - I LOVE your pree pree.

At present, I don't think any of my forces total 300 points. However, I do hope to purchase some more before August, so may be able to muster 3 forces, that should be painted in time. So I would like to enter the fray.
Out of interest, how many points for Delgon Kaljoran (shocktroopers)? Also, do Fubarnii hunters and Graku have points?
Cheers

Good to have you on board! The KalJoran are 15pts a piece and the NuraKira is 15pts as well. The Hunter is 40pts, then 15pts for each graku - the rules for the hunter are in the first (or possibly the second) traveller. I'll sort out getting all the rules for the new stuff up and online soon - certainly the rules from book 2.

Thanks, that means my Empire Fubarnii force is 300 points!
Devanu (225)
Grishak (x4) - 100 Devanu Sempa - 125
Fubarnii (350)
Knights (x2) - 50 Knight Captain - 100 Militia (x5) - 50 Militia Captain - 50 Engineer - 30 Hunter - 40 Graku (x2) - 30 Noble Pree-pree
Delgon (290)
Strider - 50 Derakeers (x3) - 60 Shocktroopers (x12) - 180
Tom (my son) and I have painted most of these since Salute, so I assume they qualify. Just need some more Devanu and Delgon to bring up to 300 points each.
Tom wants to get Roban at some point, so that is almost a force in its own right!

Since there's a subforum up now I've started a new thread encompassing my pledge amount, everything done thus far and some new additions. Good to see more taking part, up to 8 people now. Will you be taking part Mike?

Ah yes, I meant to move posts around... I could paint, or I could sculpt a rider for the Grakukan... I'm not sure I would have time to do both! I'll have a think though as it would be fun to take part myself.

Well then, clearly the rider is more important.

I've been thinking and I've decided to pledge to get a force painted. It's going to be a 300pt Knights of Orelan force. I apologise in advance that I might cheat a little bit and do some 'counts as' substitutions...
Lord Chelian (knight on Grakukan. Counts as Danomar) 125pts 4 Knights of Orelan (modified enuk knights. Count as house knights) 80pts 1 Orelan Captain on foot (Militia captain) 50pts 5 Orelan Militia (militia) 50pts
That's 305pts. All the models will be modified or sculpted from scratch... The plan is to do a few bits for myself that can then maybe be made available. I think I'm going to need all three months! I might have to add a couple of graku for completeness...
