These are all available from Pyre-Studios (http://www.pyre-studios.com) :) We've got the new KalJoran Shocktroopers for the Delgon, and the Hunter and his Graku and the Elder for the Empire. Rules for the new Empire minis are in the new Twilight Traveller, which should be available tomorrow!
