Yesterday morning a customer contacted me about an order they had placed in December of 2012, it had never arrived. I'm afraid that after digging into the issue I have uncovered something which has required the involvement of the authorities and a look at how orders were handled from #1140. I can't say any more than that other than I will be contacting anyone who placed any of the effected orders to ensure that they either received the order or to organise a replacement order. Regardless I wanted to ensure you that a) Mike and the WoT crew have nothing to do with order processing and b) I am personally responsible for the performance or lack there of... I am devastated about this and will do what it takes to make things right. Once this is resolved I will keep this topic open and place updated on twilight order here for all to see. these will be generic and will consist of "Order 1234 Received, Packed or Shipped". no customer information or order details beyond the order number will be posted. I ask your indulgence for another couple of days while I resolve all existing orders. Work is on going but a bit slow, as you can imagine... :-)

Is this a temporary glitch or something a little more permanent? I noticed that the E-Bay store is still functioning so I can still buy stuff if I want. Everything is still available and the direct link from the site takes you there directly. It's a shame to lose the nice looking store, but I think it's just easier to manage.
