good job!

the eyes are exceedingly well painted, but i can't help thinking they should be more lizard like rather than just human equivalents.

Really nice brushwork. The markings on the beasts are cool. I dont know enough about the background to such things yet, but is it possible they'd have the same markings like that. It seems illogical, but I really like the way it ties them together!  :)

Nice dio, halfmileduck! :) I like the skin patterning, and the one reminds me of a honey badger... scary. hehe. :)

Good use of height there, and a nice choice to use the lotr scenery, it fits right in.

This one certainly deserved to win gold, coming in first for all three judges. The models are smoothly painted and well displayed. Not sure why the enuk and baruk share a colour scheme, but perhaps the old guy has spent his life looking for matching animals...
One minor criticism would be that the diorama doesn't lend itself to being photographed - none of the shots really show off the scene as a whole. Great entry though, so congratulations!
