My names Dave Koske, Live in Massachusetts -USA. Been gaming since I can remember and have really enjoyed the entire aspect of the hobby. Painting, modeling, creating terrain and just having fun.

My main games are: Warmachine/Hordes, MERCs, and soon Relic Knights. I'm also a fan of board games and currently addicted to Lords of Water Deep, Spartacus, Zombicide, and Super Dungeon Explore.

I've played and have varying opinions on lots of other games but that's for another topic all together - what really draws my attention to start a new game are usually 3 things.

Cool models/world - There are already 3-4 games involving elves vs orcs in some shape or the other - this is something completely different. The characters/creature are very new, almost foreign yet familiar in some way. I cant help but think "Dark Crystal" when I first looked at the art work. Not a bad thing. I wish there was more of this style of fantasy in the states - or even in the industry.

Game Design - is it unique? I dont want to play another GW/PP clone. Twilight has a very unique system that appealed to me. Also having a scenario/story driven game play is also really really cool. I lok forward to more twilight travelers and books, and whats in store for more scenarios or if there is a campaign in the works.

Lastly Cost - the models are reasonably priced but being only available from the UK shipping will be a huge draw back - but I do think Pyre runs a free global shipping sale as the holidays approach so I may take advantage of that. Also Hasselfree having some of these models marked down has perked my interest as well.

I'm a promoter for CoolMiniorNot (also know some of the guys in charge) and know once I start playing this game at my LGS it will draw some attention. I know this game is still in it's infancy but I would love to help spread the word of Twilight and look forward to being a park of the community.

Hope that gives you a good idea of where I come from and what brought me here.

~Dave

Those sound like excellent reasons - very much what I was looking to do in the first place :)
Which forces are you looking at? I'll try to answer all your questions when I have some spare time. In travelling this week so it's been a bit crazy!

Delgon really appeal to me - but I want a decent little starter of all three so I'm taking advantage of the Hasselfree discounts and getting the Devanu pack, some knights, the delgon soldier force and a couple extras...like the trader and Yirnak for a Dohgu rider.

No questions yet - but wont hesitate to ask! ;)
