I love the white faces!  Are they meant to look like white face paint representing skulls? 

Have you considered putting some decoration on the shields, too?

I thought about adding something to the shields, but forgot, need to do this in the next painting session.

The more I look at that skull facepaint, the more sinister these guys look.  I always saw the Casanii as kinda cute tribal types.  They look very menacing with this kind of warpaint.  Cool effect!

Also, you ought to consider doing some more highlighting with the purple heads and the blue marks.  That will make them stand out really nicely.  (Personally, I find this kind of highlighting to be very difficult.)
