Hi,
my name is Patrick, I'm 42 and I am a lead addict. I stumbled across this interesting forum for the first time when I ordered a Belan, which I intend to convert a little bit for my Quar (think of Howard Hawks' movie "Hatari!" and you know what I mean... Wink). Next time I was looking even more at it after browsing Hasslefree's website. So while ordering some of their Kindreds there, I ordered some Delgon Deraks as well. Quite an odyssey via detours, methinks. Smiley
While reading further and looking at Brandlin's cool buildings, and seeing other nice fantasy miniatures, I was finally drawn in. I like it how you've created the Twilight world. Definitely worth to dive in...

Hi there! Welcome  Smiley

Looking forward to seeing what you do with the Belan. I'm slowly working on a laden version (but keep getting distracted) and started on an armature for a juvenile a few days ago. They both might take a while, but I enjoyed sculpting the big guy, so I'll get them done eventually.

I'm quite a fan of Josh's quar, so feel free to share pics of those as well.

Thank you all for your friendly reception!  Smiley

As for the Belan, I actually planned to add a horn in a Rhino-style and a battered truck with some Quar hunters who try to catch him with some ropes. Now talk about "Quartari!"  Wink
But then, when I read about the possibility to mount a howdah with a little gun on the back of a Belan, it could be a nice addition to a larger caravan of a wealthier trader.
I'm a bit undecided here.
Which brings me to the factions: I'm leaning towards the Delgons, mostly because I thought about the idea of having some kind of airship/ballon moored to a small mountainous outpost. And you have the opportunity to fend off some Kosoks...

Personally when it comes to factions I kind of combine the delgon and fubarnii...
