Cheers Mike, thanks again for those. I seem to be on a terrain binge at the mo so will take some, hopefully, better pics once I've got some more made. I have a couple of ideas for Engu terrain, at least one of which will definitely get made. I also want to make a cliff face to act as a more interesting back drop to pics.

Thanks GrimSnik My Engu are fairly earthy so I wanted to add a splash of colour. The little critter was fun to paint, I based his colours on a tropical bird...actually I based the fungi on actual species too.

These look great - you've done a good job of the colour change and selection for your fungi. I like the figures when they're in nice a bright colours, especially the parrot beak you've done on your critter, good idea!

Wow, very characterful units and scenery. Like Benmoor already said, the many different colours make it all look great. It gives the whole a bit of a Fairy tale/otherworldly feeling. Any chance for a complete picture? I love to see them all on your table.

Cheers Kryptovidicus, I'm currently painting up some woods so I might well take a few pics of it all then. But, I do have some plans for a larger scenery piece later this year so I might wait till then...

Yay! The Lost Woods are done! No idea why but these feel like they have taken aaagggeeesss to finish. Didn't have a WoT mini to hand (they are all up in my display cabinet beyond the sleeping kiddies) so the mini for scale is a Relicblade Questing Knight (check out the KS campaign, its worth jumping in on!... https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1000723637/relicblade-adventure-battle-game/description

Never thought of using the GW Woods for scenery! I think they'd work well.
