Okay, just got out my WoT collection and it's a mess. I mean a major one. A LOT of glueing to be done, some paint stripping needed in places, and to cap it all off I'm missing one militia spear and a knight's shield (I had a whole spare sprue of the spears, so Enarii only know where they went).

Sooo... I think it's time I actually rebuilt my force properly; varnish the models after I paint them so they don't end up looking horrible, probably invest in a proper carrying case, actually base the models, etc. I'll post updates both here and on my A Call To Arms page:
http://s1.zetaboards.com/A_Call_to_Arms/topic/2307569

Here goes!

(And yes, there will be pictures, just haven't taken 'em yet).

Awww and I thought the subject title meant you wanted lots of building kits?

 Sad

Always good to see people's collections though. Look after them properly this time though!

I was kinda careless mostly on account of being used to playing GW Dwarfs, which are fairly indestructible due to being very chunky indeed per unit weight of model.

And as for buildings, I certainly have plans to make the title more literal at some point - just need to get round to getting a debit card so I can actually buy things online more easily!

One model down, quite a lot to go... Painted a rather spotty Erillai, supposed to be the ostentatious male but I now need to get some others to paint as duller Sempa. Also got the hunter's beast (name forgotten momentarily) painted and fully based, the first wholly completed thing (bar varnish, still need to get some) of my new force.

Ordered a proper carrying case today for future protection of models though. Smiley

All will be revealed.

I mean, with luck you'll be able to work it out from the finished version. Don't expect anything looking at all good though. Tongue

Sculpt complete!

Annoyingly, though, he can't fit on a small base despite having "small" as designated creature size, so I'm going to need to order a medium one specially..  Embarrassed

...or you could stand the model on a rock or bit of slate that just extends the base slightly.

Here's a pic of the green, it's not fantastic but it looks OK I think and is probably recognisably the Oreg Kopa. I suspect his back should arch a bit higher and he should also be rather wider/bulkier, I think he's more Sempa-sized at the moment. I think the feel is captured alrightish though, hopefully. Any commentness?

Look good Jubal, and is instantly recognisable. I think your right it might be a bit small for a Kopa. What are you thinking for a paint scheme?
