Do you mean that on the turn you place the cloud it is also the turn that you roll to see if it goes away? If so then yes. I dont want him making clouds all over the place and it would be a good random event if you did manage to get it in

You just had two things that happened 'at the end of the turn', so there is the potential for confusion... I made that mistake with the original kalgush rules.

I was actually thinking about this today in general twilight rules. If two things happen at the end of the turn in what order is it resolved?
