Me too though they are a little awkward to put together and paint, makes me hesitant to get more. They are certainly characterful.

I like how they mark a forest area, while still providing a lot of ground for the miniatures to move through.
On the downside there are a lot of unwanted details (skulls, ropes), which is why I never bought a set.
Yours are very characterful and will look great on the tabletop.

You've done a nice job on these. It's the same story ŵith the realm of battle boards which I have - loads of unwanted details for anything other than warhammer but at the end of the day, it's pretty good stuff. Good work!

It took ages to fill in all the skulls from my realm of battle boards... They were worth the effort though!
Good use of the trees - I was always quite tempted by them.

Thanks guys Smiley

Your a brave man Mike, I'd just have covered them with static grass Cheesy

Seriously, I don't understand GWs obsession with skulls...I'm rebuilding my marine army, again, soon and will be carving every single one off Sad

I guess they need to keep true to their Gothic and doom style.
They make great sets and it is a bit of a shame they don't make their terrain more generic.
Luckily their LoTR terrain is excellent too and had far less skulls.
