My other half likes how I've done the Casanii, apparently they remind her of the Na'vi from Avatar 

That makes 23 miniatures completed for Twilight since the 23rd April, which is pretty awesome!  Hopefully I can maintain the momentum as there's still a few
left to finish........ 

Looking at grabbing more creatures though, as I'm loving the colours I can do them, and also really fancy a noble and guards as I could have some serious fun
with some truly gaudy colours and patterns!

the Casanii look great.      I especially like the vibrancy of the yellow as the primary color. I find that yellow is not an easy color to use so seeing it really stand out is very cool.

I saw these when they were posts and was sure I'd commented at the time, but apparently not - they're brilliant. Again, colour choices I would never have dreamed of, but you sure do make them work well. Great inspiration. Reminds me of one of the regular GW painters who always astounded me- George Delaphini or something like that - he was (is) colour blind, and painted in combinations you wouldn't believe, but the tonal choices were spot on and worked great on alien races, just like you've achieved here.

the pics really are quite pants though.....and the minis look so much better in the flesh!

So last night I was supposed to crack on with the Casanii ready for the Twilight day and I got around to doing the skin on the 7 remaining......then I picked up other figures......

Somehow I stopped at 1am but had finished a Devanu Sempa, a Delgon Priest and Gil Masharl  

as the chief teaser pics will follow.....soonish......
