Gorgeous terrain!  I'll echo previous statements and agree that Twilight does indeed seem to have drawn a rather artistic crowd - I love the resourcefulness I've seen in terrain on this forum.

Very cool stuff Firah Cheesy

I like the graphical style of the models too, strong angles and bold shapes; almost your line art in 3D.

A very good start using an Espresso can for the restaurant; makes it a Cafe already Cheesy

Look forward to the next update.

Well this took a bit longer then I anticipated, and it's still not completely finished but:

Restaurant / Café

Still need to figure out what to put on the sign.

Bugs and mustard.

It even has board games, it's basically like Starbucks but with bugs.

Caution! Hot!

I also made a notice post - thing (with some Fubanii riding past)

Painting the notices

On an unrelated not does anyone know if the guys at Pyre are on holiday or something?

That is stunningly good! Could be straight out of Clan Orelan's territories (of some of the other desert tribes). I like the notice board stone as well  Smiley
Just needs a graku skulking around for scraps!
Do you have a pic of the roof? How about all the pieces together?

Good point, certainly deserves some sort of reward... Smiley
Also, have we seen those painted knights and light cavalry previously?

That's some excellent scenery! As Mike said, quite reminiscent of Clan Orelan, very nice.

On the other question about Pyre... He's around but busy on some other projects. You should still be able to order Twilight figures from him, but if there are any problems then just drop me a line and we'll sort it out!

Some pictures of the cavalry  Wink

I am a terrible photographer.

I had a go at converting the guy at the front to have a big sword and a more charge-y pose.

Herders these guys and the knights ride their own breed of mottled-back enuk. I added a pashmina/scarf type thing too all the riders so they can cover their heads in the hot weather.

Painted shield. i couldn't decide whether i wanted these guys to be actual knights or not.

Pack enuk, in the traditional yellow as they belong to a trader.

Lovely paint jobs, I really like the soft palette you've chosen.

Inspiring! Both the terrain and the conversions/paintjobs you did.
Like Hithero I really like to see a group shot with the terrain.
