Oh and please dont take my ramblings as being definite Twilight creatures. They really are just ramblings of my imagination. If Mike likes something and wants to further it or nick the idea then so be it.

Always good to have some more ideas for inspiration!
Darth Tater suggested I launch a little creature design competition, and I think I may well do just that. I need to think of a suitable prize (maybe a few Twilight minis and the potential to see your creature as part of the range) and then advertise it... Does that sound like a good idea?

It's horrilb yout-of-date, and was never better than beta in any case, but I feel I should point potential competitors to the old taxonomic database:  http://worldoftwilight.com/OldSite/creatures/MainPage.html
It might give a vague idea of how we thought things were related...

I could imagine Klute's little birdy being a cross between a hummingbird and a vulture. Now there's a nice image.

Not far from how I imagined it actually. A mini vulture on speed...........but without wings.

I drew a bunch of creatures at some point that widened out the range and belonged to different classes and orders - must dig them out and try to remember what they were...
